Quality Assurance

The objective of the Quality Assurance (QA) is to ensure that the TIA Solution, including design and builds, meets and exceeds your business requirements and take full advantage of TIA's architecture and core functionality.  

Getting It Right the First Time! 

The main offering during implementation is TIA QA. It is a periodic review of a TIA installation and implementation project and is thus aligned to the different phases in a project. The TIA QA will focus on gaps to TIA core.

TIA Professional Services recommends that the QA process during implementation of the TIA Solution is initiated early on – i.e. that TIA Professional Services is involved at an early stage in the project in close collaboration with the customer and the implementation partner

Consultants with in-depth business and technical knowledge and experience with the TIA Solution and TIA technology is assigned to the project.

The Professional Services team operates with two kinds of QA services. Both services combine a mix of on-site and off-site working. Findings are documented in a TIA QA report.

TIA Application QA

The main elements of the TIA Application QA analysis are:

  • Ensure maximum use of TIA Core
  • Review and provide advice on suggested gaps
  • Assure standard system philosophy
  • Ensure that the planned project and design are in line with TIA best practice
  • Ensure the upgrade path
  • Ensure the quality of the code and solutions created

 

TIA IT Infrastructure Services

The TIA IT Infrastructure Services will help performance and minimize problems in and around the Oracle environment. The main elements of the IT Infrastructure Services are:

  • Mapping business requirements and Service Level Agreement to sizing and hardware requirements and high availability configuration for the TIA production environment.
  • Training of DBA staff.
  • Assist customers with installation and configuration of the TIA production environment.
  • Analyzing performance issues.
  • On-site assistance during go-live.
